2025 - Paris - Analog photographs

From the Mort-Vivant series, these film photographs explore a suspended state, neither fully alive nor entirely dead. They sketch inner landscapes of latent emotion, where time stretches and surfaces, textures, and fragile forms appear still, yet subtle life circulates beneath. In this liminal space, nearly imperceptible shifts of light and matter reveal that stillness is never absolute. At the threshold of the visible and invisible, the images invite reflection on transition: how we perceive the passage between presence and absence, and how this in-between transforms our vision of reality.
