This photographic series, shot in various countries, explores Buddhist, Taoist and South American philosophies, in which nature becomes a spiritual teacher. In many indigenous worldviews, mountains, rivers and lands are perceived as living forces with which humans maintain a relationship of respect and interdependence.

I am no longer merely an observer of the landscape: I enter into a relationship with it. We are the expression of the same breath that animates the natural world. I am the natural movement of things.

Gradually, the boundary between inner experience and the external natural world fades away. This photographic series is a record of this dual journey, in which a deep connection unites the natural forces that surround us with the more inner forces that shape us.
